Our goal is to make the return process as efficient as possible so you can get back to your project with the right tools.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our customer support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions for your industrial equipment.

• 2.
  Prepare the Shipment

  Securely pack the item in its original crate or packaging, ensuring all manuals, hardware, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the RMA number clearly to the outside of the package and ship the item via a trackable freight or parcel service to our designated warehouse.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned unit, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
